Sponsor the Harvest Fair

The annual Harvest Fair has been a tradition at St. John’s since 1841. These days, the Fair is built around a community Turkey Dinner, which is open to all our neighbors. The Turkey Dinner operates on a “pay what you can” basis, with a suggested donation of $20. Sponsorships offered by many local businesses, organizations, and individuals allow us to welcome everyone to share in the meal, however much they can afford to pay.

A sponsorship of $250 covers the cost of the meal for 10 of our low- or fixed-income neighbors. We list the names of our sponsors on the menu and placards on the tables, so please include your name (or business/organization’s name) in the memo line on the form below, or ask to remain anonymous.

We donate 10% of the proceeds of the Harvest Fair every year to Harvest on Vine, Charlestown’s community food pantry. The remaining donations fund the costs of the Harvest Fair and of St. John’s wider ministry in the community.
